Zusammenfassung

Customs Support Group is seeking an IT Specialist to support colleagues across our DACH locations. You will work from home with occasional on-site visits, handling IT issues, hardware and software setup, and project rollouts.

Ideal candidates have IT training or degree, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and a structured, service-oriented approach. English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Your responsibilities

• You provide first- and second-level support to our colleagues and support IT systems across our DACH locations.
• You resolve IT issues and set up hardware and software.
• You look beyond individual systems to assess technical requirements and challenges in the wider IT context.
• You contribute to rollouts and IT projects and support day-to-day IT operations.

What you bring

• Vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification, along with practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, combined with a broad understanding of how IT systems work together.
• A structured, independent and service-oriented approach to work, with strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English, German is a plus.

Your working arrangements

You will work from home and provide on-site support when needed. You should be willing to travel: business trips and on-site visits are occasionally required but remain the exception.
