Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to support a DCX ecosystem migration project. You will lead from the IT side, coordinating global and local teams and ensuring a unified global solution and operating model.

The role is remote, allowing flexible work across regions and languages, with a focus on effective stakeholder management and IT transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, especially in IT migration projects.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence for project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across global/local teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish to liaise with stakeholders in Spain.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective.
• Align IT and business stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Drive standardization toward a single global solution and operating model.
• Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to latest version.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Ensure deployment and adoption with minimal business disruption.
