IKEA is seeking a P&C Services Team Leader to oversee HR and payroll operations for co-workers across multiple European countries. You will lead the PA/PY team, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement in processes and training.

You will partner with the Delivery Manager to build strong teams, reinforce IKEA values, and maintain a high level of service delivery while supporting organizational change initiatives. Remote recruitment is offered.

Competenze

Min. 3 years of HR/Payroll experience.
Strong written and verbal English.
Service oriented and customer focused.
Ability to take decisions and delegate.
Passion for people and working in change environments.
Knowledge and practice of IKEA values.

Mansioni

Deliver PA/PY services efficiently in line with global procedures and local laws.
Support co-workers in PA/PY related topics.
Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities.
Solve problems and resolve first-level escalations independently.
Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely closure.
Recruit competent new co-workers matching PA/PY profiles.
Coach and develop PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competencies.
Coordinate trainings and maintain high motivation within the team.
