Job summary

IKEA invites applications for a Junior P&C Services Specialist with Czech or Slovak in Poznań. This part-time role focuses on HR administration and payroll support across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, providing friendly, accurate service via email and phone.

You will work within a collaborative Ingka Business Service Center, using MS Office and Excel, with Buddy onboarding and a flexible hybrid schedule (min 3 days in the Poznań office).

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and payroll is advantageous.
• Ability to use MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Czech and Slovak, plus English.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration for the employee cycle from hiring to termination.
• Payroll support and checks.
• Process ongoing orders and prepare ad hoc reports.
• Support the national HR unit for clarifications.
• Work in Excel to combine data for analysis.
• Provide employee support via helpline.
