Job summary

IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań seeks an HR/Payroll oriented junior specialist to support employees across IKEA shops in Finland. You will handle HR administration, payroll inquiries, and data in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will be mentored by Team Leaders and a Buddy, work in a hybrid model, and contribute to user-friendly HR services while developing your MS Office and data-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Appreciated but not mandatory: background in HR, payroll or Finnish philology.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English is desirable for daily tasks.
• Desire to improve MS Office skills and work with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Process HR and payroll matters for IKEA Finland shops and related entities via email and phone.
• Answer colleagues queries related to HR Administration and Payroll.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Deputies and Buddy during onboarding.
• Handle personal data securely and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Support in Excel reporting and system updates as part of daily duties.
