Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań, part of IKEA, seeks a Junior P&C Services Specialist with Swedish to support payroll and HR administration for IKEA stores and units in Sweden. You’ll handle colleague inquiries by email and phone, and learn IKEA culture and values through onboarding with a Buddy.

You will work in a hybrid setup from Poznań, collaborating with Team Leaders, Deputies, and a dedicated onboarding path to grow in People & Culture services.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
• Background in P&C and payroll is desirable.
• Desire to improve MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Team Leader’s morning briefing with the team.
• Processing ongoing orders from the country, e.g. changes to Co-worker’s employment terms in systems.
• Contact with the national P&C unit for clarifications of insurance applications.
• Further processing in the system.
• Participating in coffee breaks (FIKA) and team discussions.
• Weekly team meetings to discuss topics and instructions from the Business Partner.
• Working in Excel to extract reports.
• Mentor-led onboarding conversations with your Buddy.
• Lunch with the team when in the office.
• Self-study via e-learning on cultural differences or Excel.
• Support line handling for co-workers (phone/email/chat).
• Reviewing company news, such as wellness initiatives.
