Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Lean-Pro Quality Assurance Analyst to support a health and wellness client by reviewing recorded sales consultation calls and evaluating them against QA standards.

The role focuses on documenting findings, identifying trends, and preparing reports that help leadership improve coaching, training, and overall consultation quality, while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications

This role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and objective when reviewing customer interactions.
You will evaluate calls against established QA guidelines and document findings.
You will generate reports to inform coaching, training, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Review recorded sales consultation calls using QA scorecards or guidelines.
Complete 8–12 call reviews per day depending on volume.
Document strengths, gaps, compliance concerns, and improvement opportunities.
Track quality trends related to discovery, rapport-building, and closing processes.
Prepare weekly/monthly QA reports summarizing scores and findings.
Maintain organized QA records, dashboards, and performance documentation.
Escalate major compliance concerns to leadership when needed.
