Job summary

DoiT is seeking an Enterprise Systems Administrator to own the GTM systems stack remotely across Europe. This role focuses on CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and related tools, ensuring data integrity and scalable automation.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations and work with an internal engineering team to implement changes that endure across systems. You'll design data flows, automate recurring tasks, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model).
• Experience replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.
• Systems thinking with cross-system data and logic responsibilities.
• Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and marketing funnel.
• Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Clear communicator who can push back on requests with reasons.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in the country of residence (visa sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as a connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data.
• Translate requests into problems: ask what business is trying to solve, propose options, explain trade-offs.
• Remove recurring manual work: automate or provide self-service options for business users.
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, maintainable approaches.
• Keep the data model lean and trustworthy; retire unused fields and enforce data quality.
• Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors, handle errors, and keep sandbox/production in sync.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and use AI tools to speed up work.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack.
• Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production.
• Current stack: Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Gong Engage, Gong Forecasting, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Ringlead.
