Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a GTM Engineer to build, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound campaigns for SaaS clients.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys experimenting with cutting-edge tools, and wants to directly impact pipeline generation. You’ll work closely with leadership and clients to translate buying signals into scalable outbound systems that drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

Must have deep expertise in Clay for outbound campaigns.
Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound messaging and workflow automation.
Proven GTM/Growth/Outbound infra experience in SaaS environments.
Strong automation tooling (n8n, APIs, Zapier).
Familiarity with modern outbound stacks (SmartLead, HeyReach).
Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems.
Ability to work US hours (prefer PT overlap).

Responsibilities

Build and launch outbound campaigns using Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach and automation tools.
Use Claude to generate, test, and optimize outbound messaging at scale.
Turn real-time buying signals into targeted prospecting workflows.
Build automated GTM systems with n8n and APIs.
Continuously test and optimize sequences for conversion.
Improve campaign speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Track performance through CRM attribution and optimize for pipeline outcomes.
