Job summary

SalesCaptain is a fast-growing company looking for a GTM Strategist to manage outbound strategy and communications with international clients. This fully remote role operates on EU hours, offering the chance to guide campaigns across markets and industries.

You will craft messaging, optimize workflows, and leverage AI tools to improve ROI and lead quality, while collaborating with Campaign Managers and the Lead Generation team to scale outbound efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Performance/B2B Marketing, GTM, or Outbound.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot.
• Proven ability to write and optimize high-performing cold emails and LinkedIn messages.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
• Create and review messaging for outbound campaigns using AI, audience research, ICP analysis, and campaign performance insights.
• Build and improve prospecting and list-building workflows with multiple data sources.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize to reach KPIs and improve lead quality/quantity.
• Identify, test, and implement new campaign angles and outreach strategies.
