GetResponse is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer in Poland to drive acquisition and conversion across the website, journeys and growth campaigns. You will shape how we communicate value, structure key journeys and help users progress to the next step.

This role blends customer insight, data, UX, CRO, content, messaging and campaign strategy. We value a pragmatic, hypothesis-driven approach with strong cross-functional collaboration across PPC, Design, Sales, Analytics and Product.

Qualificações

• Experience owning growth initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience shaping websites from journey, messaging and conversion perspectives.
• Experience delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
• Practical CRO, experimentation and hypothesis-driven work.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into action.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and improve the website as a growth channel, focusing on value messaging and key journeys.
• Identify opportunities to boost acquisition and conversion across the customer journey.
• Own acquisition campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement and iteration.
• Define audiences, propositions, messaging, journeys and channel mix.
• Develop CRO and growth experiments based on clear hypotheses.
• Use customer research and data to understand drivers of conversion.
• Hands-on with research, messaging, content, copy and experiments as needed.
• Collaborate with PPC, Design, Sales, Analytics and Product to deliver initiatives.
• Support activation and free trial-to-paid conversions.
• Leverage AI across research, analysis and execution while maintaining quality.
