Qualifications

• 1-2 years (up to 3) of hands-on Google Ads experience at a web-based SaaS or ecommerce company.
• Able to own end-to-end funnel from ad to signup with data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable with AI tooling to augment workflow.

Responsibilities

• Run the Google Ads account hands-on across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Test landing pages and conversion paths with a clear hypothesis-driven cadence.
• Measure, model, and optimize CAC and pipeline contributions.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgets and priorities, backed by data.
