Job summary

Together Light Inc. is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to drive data-driven growth across paid channels. You will manage campaigns, set up tracking, run experiments, and optimize for measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with execution discipline, collaborating with Creative, Product, and Analytics to continuously improve customer acquisition and ROAS. This is a remote role supporting international campaigns.

Qualifications

5+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns at scale.
Proven track record of improving revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
Hands-on with Google Ads (Search/Display/Shopping/Performance Max).
Experience on at least one additional platform (Microsoft Ads, TikTok, YouTube, or Meta).
Ability to set up tracking and analyze funnel metrics (GA4/GTM).
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain concepts clearly.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Daily Paid Media Execution & Campaign Optimization across multiple platforms.
Build, launch, manage, and scale campaigns on Google, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
Monitor health metrics (CTR, conversions, CPC, CAC, ROAS) and adjust budgets.
Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams; present data-backed recommendations.
Design and run 4–6 structured experiments weekly; document results and insights.
