Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Head of Marketing Technology & Automation to own the end-to-end marketing tech stack, from tracking to automation. You will architect data pathways, dashboards, and AI-enabled processes, working remotely from Poland as an independent contractor.

You’ll lead integration across ad platforms, CRM (Close), payment gateways, and email operations, leveraging AI agents and prompt engineering to scale throughput and intelligence.

Qualifications

• Own marketing technology stack end-to-end with autonomy.
• Proven ability to design and implement data pathways across platforms.
• Strong analytics, debugging, and data integrity discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, audit data paths for funnels and tracking.
• Build dashboards and maintain data fidelity across platforms.
• Architect and manage multi-branch automation workflows and email systems.
