Accelerator 365, part of Reply, is hiring a Business Development Manager. This remote role with occasional visits to Krakow/Katowice focuses on market analysis, targeting potential customers, and feeding insights back to positioning.

You will work independently with no team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a tech-related degree and 3+ years in sales/research, with strong English communication and a track record of meeting targets.

Responsabilités

• Market analysis and prioritisation of sectors and organisations.
• Research target accounts and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Engage with senior contacts to assess genuine fit.
• Prepare and book qualified meetings for the management team.
• Analyze competitors and refine messaging accordingly.
• Report pipeline and activity, showing progress and ROI.
• Collaborate with management to adjust the approach based on data.
