Job summary

Euro Staffs in zdalnie, PL. is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the lead generation engine for a B2B SaaS product. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, nurture flows, and content that supports Sales, driving measurable growth.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. You will translate product capabilities into messaging, run ABM for enterprise accounts, and help expand into new markets while coordinating a small team and external freelancers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS/tech
• Proven lead gen campaigns with measurable results
• Experience delivering webinars as part of lead gen
• Strong Polish and English writing and communication skills (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lead generation strategies across channels
• Plan and manage email marketing, nurturing flows, and automation
• Translate product capabilities into compelling messaging and sales content
• Run performance marketing campaigns and optimize ROI
• Build and optimize funnels with Sales (MQL to SQL)
• Develop ABM campaigns for Enterprise accounts
• Collaborate on brand, product narrative, and market expansion
