Qualifications

• German C1/C2 required for customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador and advise customers on hygiene and birth-control products.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls in German and English for product enquiries and complaints.
• Provide multichannel written support via email, chat, and social media.
• Document e-commerce complaints on platforms.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Remain polite, patient, and courteous throughout the experience.
• Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction across interactions.
