Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader, Operations to supervise a group of call center associates in Poland. You will coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable to achieve performance metrics while ensuring quality service.

Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English is required, and you should be able to manage scheduling, performance feedback, and escalations. The role offers remote work within Poland with some on-site components in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Team Leader experience is mandatory.
• Languages: German C1/C2 + English.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of call center associates daily per policy and attendance.
• Coach reports regularly to improve performance toward KPIs.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure service levels meet KPIs and financial expectations.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team.
• Lead team meetings and organize team activities.
• Stay current on internal processes and attend manager training.
• Promote Concentrix values through behavior and advocacy.
