Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Poland to deliver high-quality customer service for fintech and blockchain-enabled payment solutions. You will handle inquiries, guide users through payment processes, and work with cross-functional teams to improve reliability.

Join a fully remote, international team with rotating day/night shifts, where you can influence product development through customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, plus Russian language proficiency.
• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech or digital payments.
• Understanding of payment processes, gateways, and transaction flows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with structured problem solving.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries, including status and troubleshooting.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers to improve platform performance.
• Document user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Contribute to FAQs and knowledge bases for self-service support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Cover a 3/3 rotation including day and night shifts.
