Job summary

People More seeks an experienced D&I IT Project Manager to lead production support for payment apps and drive automation. You will coordinate incident resolution, mentor staff, and work with engineering and infrastructure to enhance reliability.

The role covers service support, change & release, and continuous improvement with a focus on operational excellence. Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland is available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Production/Applications support or software engineering.
• Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Bash/PowerShell/Python scripting.
• Experience in Kubernetes environments and Java/J2EE apps.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MQ and WebSphere.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics).
• ITIL knowledge is a plus and strong English & Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead production incidents and coordinate resolver teams.
• Improve monitoring, automation, and service resilience.
• Mentor team members and contribute to RCA activities.
• Develop runbooks and operational documentation.
• Support patching, DR activities and change reviews.
