Job summary

Jamf is hiring a Technical Customer Support Associate to work night shifts on weekends and Polish bank holidays, 8 pm–8 am. This full-time, remote position is based in Poland and sponsorship to live/work in Poland is provided.

You will handle customer inquiries by chat, phone, and email, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and grow product knowledge. The role emphasizes first-touch resolution, strong communication, and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required (B2/C1).
• Second language ability (German/Spanish/French/Japanese/Chinese) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Intercom) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and account issues, guiding customers through workflows.
• Escalate requests when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop knowledge of Jamf products, features, and best practices.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic customer experience and professional communication.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends; participate in training.
