Job summary

IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a Junior HR Systems Support specialist. You will be the first contact point for HR systems questions, handling access management, data administration and incident reporting, and collaborating with system providers. You will help maintain data integrity and support the HR community.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with opportunities for growth in finance or HR fields within the IKEA group.

Qualifications

Experience in HR area and administration of HR processes.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and collaborate with teams.
Familiarity with MS Office and HR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as first contact point for questions related to HR systems and tools.
Support processes like access management, technical support, data administration and maintenance, and incident reporting.
Investigate data transfer issues between HR systems.
Collaborate closely with system providers and stakeholders.
Keep HR-systems user community up to date and plan future system requirements.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in daily work.
Participate in team onboarding and continuous learning.
