HCLTech is hiring a Customer Service Representative with Dutch and English to deliver outstanding client experiences across voice, email, chat, and other channels in a remote setup.

You will resolve inquiries, assist with product, order, account, and service requests, document interactions, and contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction while working independently from home.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English (B2+).
• Experience with customer service processes and ticketing systems.
• Ability to multitask and work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries across voice, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product, order, account, and service requests with timely responses.
• Provide effective solutions and maintain professional customer experience.
• Document all interactions with complete records.
• Follow processes, workflows, and escalation procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights for process improvement.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operations.
