Next Job Abroad is seeking Customer Support Consultants to help users with everyday digital apps, mobile wallets, and family streaming accounts. The role requires Dutch fluency and strong English, plus the ability to relocate for at least one year.

You will handle non-technical issues via chat, email and phone, keeping interactions friendly and solution-focused. The schedule runs 10:00–19:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends free.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and solid English skills.
• Willing to relocate abroad for at least 1 year.
• Strong communication and problem solving in a fast-paced service role.

Responsibilities

• Assist users via chat, email and phone with non-technical issues.
