KittySpout in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking a Senior Direct Response Video Editor to join our on-site team. You will edit, produce and manage multiple paid ad creatives for Meta, turning raw UGC into high-converting DR ads across our channels.

We run a fast-paced, data-driven workflow with an 8-brief-per-week quota, a strong AI stack, and a generous performance bonus. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of DTC video experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro, and a track record of scaling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Experience editing paid Meta ads with high conversion.
• Ability to manage 8 ad briefs per week.
