Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to join our team in Warsaw (remote option). You will edit, produce, and manage multiple ad creatives for Meta, focusing on VSLs and short/long-form formats, converting raw UGC into high-converting ads with a strong DTC emphasis.

You should have 3+ years of experience, a deep DTC editing background, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and an AI-enabled production workflow is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience editing direct response video for DTC brands.
• Deep DTC experience editing paid ads and VSLs.
• Fluent in English and able to produce high-quality edits quickly.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week, with volume and quality.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Stay current with trends to keep ads engaging and effective.
