Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to edit, produce, and manage multiple paid ad creatives for Meta, with a heavy focus on VSLs and short/long-form formats. You’ll transform raw UGC into high-converting ads and work across Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong DTC expertise, and a current AI stack in production. Fully remote with a generous performance bonus structure and high-impact growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience with professional video-editing software is required; preference for Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Paid Ad Focus: Proven experience editing Meta/Facebook paid ads that convert.
• Volume: Comfortable producing 8 ad briefs per week.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Creative & Analytical mindset: combine storytelling with data-driven feedback to refine ads.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed to hit goals.
• Deep DTC experience: name brands and spend levels behind your work.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Stay on top of trends to keep ads native and engaging.
