Qualifications

• Deep DTC experience editing paid ads for direct response campaigns.
• Proven ability to create short-form and long-form Meta VSLs with high conversion.
• Able to produce 8 ad briefs per week while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week across campaigns.
• Edit VSLs and DR video ads using AI-first workflows.
• Iterate weekly on top-performing ads for improvement.
• Ensure ads are on-brand, visually compelling and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with strategy and copy to align messaging.
