Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to join our fully remote team. You will edit, produce, and manage multiple paid ad projects for Meta, transforming raw UGC into high-converting VSLs and short/long-form videos.

With 3+ years of experience in DTC ad editing, you will work with Adobe Premiere Pro, run an AI stack in production, and deliver 8 ad briefs per week while maintaining quality and speed. You'll report directly to the founders and help scale our growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to create direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Experience editing paid ads with strong understanding of direct response principles.
• Ability to deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and short/long form DR videos for Meta platforms.
• Manage multiple projects with a heavy focus on paid ad creatives.
• Apply direct response principles to scripts and edits.
• Operate with autonomy to meet deadlines without hand-holding.
• Collaborate with strategy and performance teams.
