Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in video editing for DTC brands.
• Deep Direct Response experience editing paid ads.
• Understanding of direct response principles and fast delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Edit VSLs and DR videos using AI-first workflows.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy and performance teams to scale ads.
• Create variations and iterations to improve performance.
