You should have 3+ years in DTC ad editing, expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, and a track record delivering high-quality creatives within tight weekly quotas. Remote role with strong bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in direct response video editing for DTC brands.
• Deep DTC experience editing paid ads and understanding direct response principles.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and related video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
