Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor focused on paid ad creatives for Meta platforms, with a strong DTC background. The role requires editing high-volume DR videos, managing multiple projects, and delivering quality content weekly.

You will work remotely with a team that prioritizes speed, data-driven decisions, and aggressive growth. The compensation includes a generous performance bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience editing direct response paid ads for DTC brands.
• Deep DTC experience editing paid ads for high-conversion campaigns.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiar with Meta/Facebook paid ads and VSL formats.
• Fluent in English and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads using AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high quality and speed.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Apply DR principles to hooks, problem/solution, and CTAs.
• Stay updated on trends to keep ads native and engaging.
• Provide updates to founders and execs as needed.
