We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta. You will work with the founders and creative strategists to hit weekly quotas, apply direct response principles, and maintain speed and quality using an AI-enabled workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in video editing.
• Deep DTC experience editing paid ads.
• Understands direct response principles.
• Runs a current AI stack in production.
• Delivers volume and quality within the same week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week.
• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Weekly iterations on top-performing ads to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Stay up to date on internet trends and editing styles to keep ads engaging.
