Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital project management, software engineering, or tech architecture.
• Proficiency with Drupal and PHP ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Acquia cloud platforms.
• Strong API, scalable design, and integration knowledge.
• Fluent English required; working in Agile/Scrum with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans.
• Lead sprint execution and ensure on-time delivery in Agile settings.
• Oversee Drupal architecture, upgrades and integrations.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and platform performance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and partners to align outcomes.
