Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital or interactive projects within agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms and large-scale implementations.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong program management across multiple delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and drive solutions in complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into a clear solution vision and high-level architecture.
• Lead design, implementation, and integration activities within large, complex agile programs.
• Manage and coordinate globally distributed teams, including development, integration, and QA resources.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Digital Experience Platforms.
• Apply strong program and project management expertise across multiple delivery methodologies.
• Take full accountability for solution delivery, including scope, timeline, and quality.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating and resolving them in collaboration with leadership.
