Job summary

EDV Werke seeks a seasoned Project Manager for remote work in Poland on a B2B contract. You will align KPIs with business and insights stakeholders, establish planning cadences, governance, and deliverables to keep multi-team initiatives on schedule.

You will track risks, dependencies, and outcomes, document decisions, and provide clear leadership updates to the insights lead and stakeholders. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Good understanding of digital analytics, marketing measurement and attribution.
• Strong project planning skills across multiple workstreams.
• Proactive risk, issue and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience defining KPI, targets and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience facilitating structured project meetings and follow-ups.
• Proficient documentation and collaboration using Confluence/SharePoint/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Project Framing & KPI Alignment with stakeholders and measurement framework.
• Project Planning & Governance with milestones, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Task & Deliverable Tracking across teams and escalation of blockers.
• Documentation of activities, decisions and outputs.
• Regular status reporting, risk updates and impact findings to stakeholders.
• Meeting preparation, materials, decisions and action logs with clear next steps.
