Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, CMS-based solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CMS-based applications (e.g., Adobe AEM).
• Translate high‑level business needs into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Lead discovery, solutioning, and inception phases for digital CMS initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX, design, development, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well understood and prioritized.
• Work independently to manage deliverables and meet project timelines.
• Contribute to problem‑solving in complex, fast‑paced digital environments.
