Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field with proven data management experience.
• 3-4 years direct Data Management experience, including at least 1 year as CDM project lead.
• English fluency written and spoken; advanced English.
• Advanced MS Office applications like Excel and Word.
• Understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data management services for projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, quality deliverables.
• Provide leadership for project planning, execution, and close-out; oversee financial aspects and communications.
• Collaborate with programming team for process innovation and automation; participate in sponsor meetings.
• Ensure delivers meet contract/SOW timelines and quality standards; train new joiners.
