Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to ensure a seamless experience across the order lifecycle. You will act as the main contact for customers, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, AR and IT to resolve inquiries and create smooth order progress.

The role requires 2–5 years in customer service, proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems, and fluent English and German. Polish,French or Italian knowledge is a plus; fully remote within Poland with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer service or a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Fluent English and German (C1/C2 or native).
• Polish, French or Italian at intermediate/advanced level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations and orders; ensure accurate processing.
• Handle customer requests: amendments, cancellations, delivery issues.
• Be the main contact for customers via phone, email and channels.
• Manage claims: investigate root causes, issue credits/debits, coordinate compensation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, AR, IT and suppliers.
• Support other CS teams and maintain high service standards.
