Job summary

You will manage end-to-end order processing, resolve escalated issues, and provide advanced product and service information while collaborating with Sales, Finance, LSCM, IT, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order management preferable.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage cross-functional processes.
• German/French at C1 and English at B2 are desired language skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers and manage order processing.
• Resolve escalated issues and provide advanced product/service information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, LSCM, IT and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Participate in regional meetings and share stakeholder feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships and tailor recommendations.
