Job summary

NCH Europe is seeking a Customer Service Administrator (English speaker) to join the remote sales support team in Poland on a 10‑month fixed term contract. You will handle order entry, service planning and service data, while supporting the Sales Operations Director and field sales representatives.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration and IT literacy, with experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems. Training and pension benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office.
