You will engage with internal teams and customers, ensuring timely processing of orders and accurate data delivery, while maintaining strong relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

• Process customer orders, service plans and data accurately and timely.
• Handle internal and external customer interactions and resolve queries and complaints.
