Job summary

NCH Europe, part of the Solenis group, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join the busy sales support team on a remote basis from Poland. The role focuses on order entry, service planning and handling inquiries from customers and field sales teams.

This is a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Director and other functions to deliver accurate data, maintain productivity and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• IT literacy with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer interactions and resolve queries.
• Process orders, service plans and data accurately and timely.
• Support the Sales Operations Director and collaborate with other functions.
