Job summary

NCH Europe exists as part of the Solenis group and seeks a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to support the Sales Operations Director and the field sales team, remotely from Poland. The role focuses on order entry, service planning and handling calls from customers and sales reps.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced customer service and administration, fluent English, strong IT skills, and familiarity with Oracle and/or SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service and/or administration environment (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication (essential); IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Fluency in English (essential).
• Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain productivity, quality and service standards.
• Handle internal and external customer interactions, and resolve queries and complaints.
