Job summary

NCH Europe – A Solenis Company exists as part of Solenis and is seeking a Customer Service Administrator who speaks Hungarian and English to join our remote sales support team on a 10-month fixed-term contract based in Poland.

You will handle order entry, service planning, and customer interactions, supporting the Sales Operations Director and field representatives while delivering accurate data and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service and/or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• IT literacy with MS Office.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English.
• Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Order entry, service planning and call handling.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve queries or complaints.
• Process orders and data accurately in a timely fashion.
• Provide data to key stakeholders when requested.
• Collaborate with other functions to build positive relationships.
• Support the Sales Operations Director and field sales team.
