Job summary

NCH Europe – A Solenis Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our busy sales support team on a hybrid basis at our Warsaw or Bucharest offices for a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will support the Sales Operations Director, handle order entry, service planning and customer inquiries from both clients and field sales representatives.

Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced customer service and/or administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication (essential).
IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
Fluency in Dutch and French.
Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Handle internal and external customer interactions and resolve queries and complaints.
Process customer orders, service plans and business data accurately and timely.
