Job summary

NCH Europe - A Solenis Company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the Sales Operations Director and the customer service team on a remote basis. The role focuses on order entry, service planning and handling calls from customers and sales reps, with an initial 10-month fixed-term contract.

The right candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong IT skills, including Oracle or SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service and/or administration (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication (essential).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.
