Western Security is seeking a Customer Relations & Retention Specialist for a remote role. You will build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and implement strategies to improve retention across phone, email, and chat channels.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active-listening and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful but may not always be required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat.
