Job summary

Rayda, a global asset lifecycle management company, seeks a skilled Customer Operations professional for a remote position. You will own end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinate with vendors, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery, and serve as a main point of contact for customers.

You will collaborate across Procurement, Vendor Operations, Logistics, Finance, Product, Engineering and CS to resolve issues, drive customer success, and continually improve processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Operations, Order Fulfilment, or related roles.
• Experience managing multiple orders or workflows simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with suppliers, vendors, and cross-border fulfilment is a plus.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating with vendors, logistics and internal teams.
• Serve as a key customer contact, resolving inquiries and escalations to resolution.
• Support onboarding and build strong customer relationships to drive retention.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Product, Engineering and CS.
• Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements and SOPs.
