Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a detail‑oriented onboarding specialist to drive outbound onboarding to exchanges, brokers, custodians, banks, and service providers. You will own end‑to‑end onboarding, gather documents, complete KYB/KYC applications, and coordinate with Legal and Compliance while managing 20+ concurrent workstreams.

After ramping, you will run your own book independently, setting priorities and chasing closures.

Qualifications

Independently run operations, vendor management, compliance, or legal-coordination workstreams end to end.
Ability to manage multiple open workstreams simultaneously without missing details or deadlines.
Strong written communication: external emails and internal updates.
Proficiency with document management and workflow tools (Google Drive, Notion, DocuSign).
Fluency with AI tools—use them daily to draft, organize, analyze, and build lightweight tooling.
Working knowledge of entity documentation and KYB/KYC processes.
Background in digital assets, crypto, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute onboarding across the vendor lifecycle: gather entity documentation and complete KYB/KYC applications.
Prepare document packages for counterparty requirements, including ownership disclosures and tax documents.
Track progress across concurrent onboardings with clear status and next actions.
Route contracts through Legal for review and coordinate follow-ups with Compliance.
